The Flawless Aesthetics Pathway to Aesthetics is an intensive 14-day programme designed for learners looking to enter the professional aesthetics industry with no previous experience required.
Combining VTCT and Qualifi regulated qualifications with specialist CPD practitioner training, this comprehensive pathway provides a structured introduction to facial therapies, skin analysis, advanced skin treatments, wellness vitamin injections and foundation-level injectable aesthetics.
The programme combines 14 practical attendance days, supported by remote lectures and tutorials via Microsoft Teams, intensive pre-study, home-based learning, written assignments, examination preparation and ongoing assessor guidance.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
No previous qualifications or experience required.
The programme is designed as a pathway for beginners, with foundational theory and practical knowledge introduced before progressing into more advanced aesthetic treatments. This is also a great pathway for learners looking to progress onto Level 5 and Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice.

THE 14-DAY PATHWAY
DAYS 1–5
VTCT Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Therapies
The first stage establishes the essential foundations required to progress into aesthetic practice.
PRE-STUDY
Following induction, learners complete guided pre-study covering:

DAY 1 — Facial & Skin Analysis

DAY 2 — Facial Practical Assessment
Practical facial training and client consultation case studies 1–3.
DAY 3 — Knowledge & Examination Preparation
An intensive revision and knowledge day covering the programme’s theoretical content, examination preparation and consolidation of learning.
DAY 4 — Facial Practical Assessment & Revision
Client consultation and facial case studies 4–6, followed by overarching examination preparation and Anatomy & Physiology revision.
DAY 5 — Examination & Assessment
• Anatomy & Physiology examination
• Practical/knowledge assessment resits where required
• Completion and review of outstanding assessment evidence
